Turner positive despite defeat

Jermaine Beckford's 33rd goal of the season proved to be the difference between the two sides but Turner, whose men are still not safe from relegation going into the final game of the season, was pleased with the application of his players.[LNB]"The difference between the two teams was the class shown by Beckford for their goal," he said.[LNB]"He created a chance for himself with his touch and his finish, but we found it difficult to create clear chances ourselves.[LNB]"But I'm proud of the way the players have gone into this game and with the way they played in it. They worked hard and defended well against a top team with some very good individual players in there.[LNB]"We closed Leeds down and we made them work hard, but they have that extra quality that makes all the difference. They are a big club and you expect that, but we didn't roll over and let them walk to a win."[LNB][LNB]
