The Cumbrians dominated the opening period and deserved their two-goal half-time lead with Graham Kavanagh controlling the game from midfield.[LNB]But after the break it was all Hartlepool as they pushed Carlisle back for most of the time, though they had to wait until five minutes from the end for their equaliser in Tuesday night's 2-2 draw.[LNB]"I was really angry at half-time because we had been sloppy. Their first goal was a classic, but the second was a bad one for us to concede. Our quality had been bad in the first half and we got what we deserved," said Turner.[LNB]"But credit to the players - they did really well to come back in the second half. It was always going to be difficult after we played West Ham in the FA Cup on Saturday.[LNB]"At least the players recovered after that awful first half and I was pleased with that. In the end we thoroughly deserved a point for the way we came back."[LNB][LNB]
