Pools looked on course to grab a precious three points against high-flying MK Dons at the weekend, only to concede within a minute of opening the scoring through Rune Lange.[LNB]Turner's side eventually succumbed to a 3-1 defeat at stadium:mk, a result which leaves them in 17th place in League One, seven points clear of the relegation zone.[LNB]"When we scored at MK Dons, you wanted people talking, telling the rest of the team that for the next five minutes you need to keep it tight," Turner told the Journal. "Instead we let them back in within 45 seconds."[LNB]The Pools boss has claimed that the current system of bringing through young players is churning out more subdued characters, as opposed to the leaders he is clearly yearning for.[LNB]"They (the academies) are fantastic but the kids there have everything done for them," he added. "There's something to be said for the way we learned our football, on the streets and in fields."[LNB][LNB]
