Sweeney: Pools must pull together

Chris Turner's side have recorded just four home wins in 2009 and Friday's goalless draw with Brentford was the seventh match in a row they have failed to win on their own turf. But Sweeney has called on Pools' suffering supporters to stick with the team. "I can understand the fans' reactions," he told the Sunderland Echo. "They pay a lot of money to come and watch a game. "Both the fans and the players expect the home team to be winning. We've only won once at home all season so I can understand the frustration. "But what I will say is if everyone sticks together, we've got a much better chance of getting up the table."
