Pools snap up defender Hartley
The 21-year-old came off the bench to make his debut for the Premier League outfit on New Year's Day 2007 before spending three months on loan at Chesterfield during the latter part of the 2007/2008 season.
Hartley becomes director of sport Chris Turner's third summer signing following the earlier arrivals of Adam Boyd and Leon McSweeney from Leyton Orient and Stockport respectively.
