Pools considering striker swoop

The deadline to make loan signings is 5pm on Thursday afternoon, and director of sport Chris Turner admits he is scouring the market. Fellow forwards Lewis Guy (Doncaster) and Liam Henderson (Watford) recently returned to their parent clubs, while Parker's month-long loan expires after Friday night's trip to Southend. Turner told the Hartlepool Mail: "Keigan's loan expires after Friday's game and we will be having discussions between now and then. "I haven't spoken to Huddersfield, they might want him back. When we played them last week in the reserves, they were asking a lot of questions about him which might mean they want him back. "We are also looking at one or two options elsewhere so we might follow them through."
