The official's performance was rubbished by Turner after he sent off keeper Adam Lee-Barrett and also failed to award Pools a late penalty for handball.[LNB]And Turner has received the backing of his defender who claims he was sworn at by the Hertfordshire official.[LNB]"I had a go at him about the inconsistency and raised my voice and the referee has pointed his finger in my face and told me to shut up," Nelson told Hartlepool's official website.[LNB]"Where the respect campaign goes there I don't know but I think if I had pointed my finger in his face and said the same, I'd have ended up watching the last half hour in the changing room.[LNB]"You know you see decisions being contested and then accepted but sometimes the referees have to take responsibility for decisions made."[LNB][LNB]
