Blackpool striker Nardiello scored three goals in his last four games to help Pools retain their League One status, while youngster Skarz impressed at left-back during his stay from Huddersfield. Terriers striker Parker struggled to make an impact at Victoria Park, failing to score in nine appearances. Turner told the Hartlepool Mail: "Dan's got another year at Blackpool and he's on Championship wages. He scored three vital goals - particularly the one which got us the win at Yeovil. "He has contributed well to us. But we have brought Adam Boyd in and James Brown, who is going to be like a new signing. We're still looking to bring at least one more striker in and I want the mentality of player brought in that they know exactly what we want which is hard work, graft and quality." He added: "Joe did better with each game. He's got a quality left foot, pace and he is somebody I'm sure we'll look at it if he becomes available. Whether he's done enough to get back in the Huddersfield team, who knows?"
