A last-gasp 1-0 victory in midweek, courtesy of Ben Clark's penalty, saw Pools end a run of seven games without a win.[LNB]Skipper Nelson was delighted with the way his side dug in for the win and told the Hartlepool Mail: "For us to do that, it shows we have got that grit and determination.[LNB]"It was nothing flash. We didn't create much and never looked like we were going to run away with the game.[LNB]"But that's one of the best ways to win when you dig in and all the lads play well, even the ones who come off the bench.[LNB]"Sometimes it feels better to grind one out. It's been a long wait for a win and hopefully that can be a bit of a turning point for us."[LNB][LNB]
