Nardiello eager to make his mark
Nardiello put in a lively cameo appearance during Monday's 3-2 defeat against Scunthorpe at Victoria Park, scoring his first goal of an injury-ravaged season.
The Blackpool forward is now keen to build on that strike, and told the Hartlepool Mail: "I came here to get some games and then I got sent off, then injured so it's been a nightmare season.
"This is the best I've felt all season to be honest. The training has been good and I feel a lot fitter and sharper than when I first came here.
"It's frustrating that the season is coming to an end but if I could finish on a high, that would be brilliant.
"Hopefully after Monday's goal I can get a start this week and score again. I'll take what I can now and then try to kick on next season wherever I am. I've got three games left and I'm going to give my all."
