Jones in contention for Pools
The midfielder is making good progress in his recovery from a groin injury sustained in the Carling Cup victory against Coventry and should be part of the travelling party.[LNB]Colin Larkin is expected to return to training next week after suffering a thigh problem in the warm-up before Pools' clash with Charlton last Saturday.[LNB]Fellow forward James Brown made his first start in nine months in the 2-1 defeat at home to Bristol Rovers on Tuesday and looked sharp, although two games in quick succession may mean he drops to the bench at Priestfield.[LNB]Ritchie Humphreys (Achilles) and Ben Clark (hernia) are long-term absentees.[LNB][LNB]
