Haslam brought in by Hartlepool
The 29-year-old impressed during Pools' pre-season clash at Mansfield last weekend and, following a successful trial spell, has put pen to paper.
Haslam, who was released by Bury this summer, worked with Turner during his spell in charge at Sheffield Wednesday.
