Hartley poised to feature for Pools
Left-back Hartley suffered a hip injury in the warm-up before Pools' 3-1 defeat at Exeter on Saturday but the problem is not thought to be too serious.
Turner is likely to make changes for the game, although he is restricted by competition rules which state that clubs must field six of their 11 top appearance makers.
That would mean Neil Austin and Ritchie Humphreys, who have started the last three games and impressed, would fall outside of that remit.
Colin Larkin and Jon-Andre Fredriksen, who came on as substitutes against the Grecians, will hope for starting places while Ritchie Jones, Leon McSweeney and Armann Bjornsson should also be involved.
