Home debuts for Hartlepool duo

Hartlepool's new loan signings Rakish Bingham and Aaron Tshibola are expected to make their home debuts for the club against Cheltenham.

Striker Bingham (Mansfield) and midfielder Tshibola (Reading) started in last week's defeat at Wycombe and look set to continue, as will Sunderland defender Scott Harrison, who returned for a second loan spell with Pools last week.

Michael Woods will return to contention for a place in midfield after illness, but striker Marlon Harewood sits out the last game of his three-match ban and midfielder Lewis Hawkins is suspended after his red card last week.

Midfielder Tommy Miller remains sidelined with a calf injury as Ronnie Moore chases his first win in his fifth game in charge.

Cheltenham could be unchanged as Paul Buckle looks to build on his first win in charge.

The Robins came from a goal down to beat Oxford 2-1 last Saturday with three loanees from Liverpool all making their debuts and the trio all look likely to keep their places against Pools.

Striker Jack Dunn, one of the Anfield recruits, scored on his Robins bow and is set to keep Byron Harrison out of the starting line-up once more.

But with Buckle, set to be without Asa Hall and Matt Taylor once again, having switched from a 4-4-2 system to a 4-3-3 during the match, he will be pondering his tactics ahead of kick-off.
