The Islanders are managed by former Northern Ireland goalscoring legend Colin Clarke.[LNB]Foley, who will be best remembered for his stunning strike in last season's 2-0 FA Cup win against Stoke, has been out of favour at Victoria Park this season and approached director of sport Chris Turner with a view to having his deal terminated.[LNB]The 22-year-old told the club's official website: "We both agreed that the move would be a good one for me if it happened and Chris said he would sort it out for me at this end and here we are now - it's all done and dusted this end.[LNB]"Pre-season starts on March 15 and the season starts in April. They play in the US League, which is one below the MLS. They are one of the favourites for promotion this year.[LNB]"I'd like to thank Chris Turner and the staff at the club for helping me make this move happen. I will always have a thing for Hartlepool now - this is all I have known since I left school. I am leaving the club but not on bad terms by any means, I will look out for the results."[LNB][LNB]
