Collins signs new deal
Hartlepool captain Sam Collins has signed a new contract.
The 33-year-old defender, who has made more than 100 appearances since arriving at Victoria Park in January 2008, is the first of Pools' players to agree new terms for next season.
Writing on his Twitter account, Collins said: "Absolutely delighted to sign a new deal.
"I've enjoyed every minute, time to kick on and have a good couple of years with this team."
