Collins hoping for Posh return

Defender Sam Collins is facing a race against time to feature in Hartlepool's trip to Peterborough. The 33-year-old has been out of action since sustaining a knee injury in the New Year's Day win over Oldham and could be in line for a return. Icelander Armann Bjornsson is likely to deputise at the heart of the defence if Collins is not deemed match fit. First-team coach Mick Wadsworth will be able to call on Paul Murray, with the midfielder now back to full health after missing the midweek draw at Bristol Rovers with a virus. But forward James Brown, who was also struck down with a bug, is rated doubtful having missed training on Thursday. Wadsworth's side are just three points behind Posh in the table and beat them 2-0 at Victoria Park in October.
