Behan scored his first goal for the club against Bristol Rovers on Tuesday but could not prevent Pools from slipping to a 2-1 defeat - despite hitting the crossbar and the post in the second half. The Irishman believes his new team-mates are learning all the time, and told the club's official website: "I'm looking forward to the game this weekend. "I just think we're going to put in a solid performance. We ironed out a lot of things in the dressing room after the game on Tuesday. We broke it down to the bare bones of what we need to do. We know we're still learning each other's games and a few players are still out injured but we know where we want to go. "We did so well in our opening games and we're going to give it a right go down at Gillingham. I think we just need our first win and I'll stick my neck out and say we're going to get it at Gillingham." Meanwhile, it has been revealed in a report released by the Football League that Hartlepool were one of six League One clubs who spent nothing on agents fees over the last 12 months.
