Accies contest McArthur dismissal

Hamilton Accies have launched an appeal against the red card shown to James McArthur during Sunday's 1-1 league draw with Inverness.The midfielder was sent off by referee Charlie Richmond following a 66th-minute challenge on Filipe Morais. Accies secretary Scott Struthers said: "We have submitted the match DVD together with the appeal fee and a detailed letter outlining the claim. "The matter will be reviewed prior to our match on Wednesday night." Hamilton are at home to bottom club.... read more
