Reid: We can build on Celtic draw

Hamilton boss Billy Reid hopes the 1-1 draw with Celtic will give his players a massive boost as they bid to haul themselves away from the drop zone. Simon Mensing grabbed a surprise opener for Accies, with Anthony Stokes netting for Celtic in the final minute from the penalty spot to secure a 1-1 draw. Mensing was sent off for conceding the spot-kick, after team-mate Jim McAlister and Celtic's James Forrest were both given straight red cards earlier in the game. Reid said: "I always knew the players would give me everything and I knew they weren't too far away from picking up results. It's a big, big thing for us to get a point against the Old Firm." But he admits the draw against Celtic has come at a cost, as he now faces major problems in terms of personnel ahead of this weekend's clash with Rangers at Ibrox. He added: "We've got a game against Rangers on Saturday and we've got huge problems. We've had two guys sent off who will miss the game, and Dougie Imrie is struggling and Mark McLaughlin came off. We've got a problem in terms of going to Ibrox but we will enjoy our night."
