Accies missing Millar

Striker Kieran Millar is Hamilton's only absentee as they look for win number three of the season over visitors Partick Thistle.

Millar has a knee injury but Jonathan Page returns after a suspension.

New Douglas Park manager Billy Reid said: "I am looking forward to the game as Thistle are a good team to play against. They play good expansive football and have a lot of high-energy players so it should bring the best out of my guys again.

"We can go out and look for the win as we have beaten Thistle in the Scottish Communities League Cup and the First Division this season.

"We are due a break after having no luck against Falkirk and Cowdenbeath so hopefully something will break our way and be the difference in this one."

Partick will have Chris Erskine available.

The forward has shrugged off the back spasm which caused him to miss out against Dumbarton last weekend.

Paul Paton remains out with an ankle injury.

Jags' interim manager Alan Archibald said: "Hamilton are one of the most attractive teams to watch in this league and that is due to the organisation that manager Billy Reid drills into them.

We have lost twice at their place this season - in fact we have not been able to score against them there as they are just so well organised.

"Hopefully we can get that first goal and it leads on to a win."
