Striker Antoine-Curier and midfielder Wesolowski spent almost all of the current campaign on loan with Accies, and were crucial to the side's highest league finish for 75 years.
The Dundee and Leicester players are among five members of Billy Reid's squad to have gone back to their parent clubs, along with Brian Easton (Burnley), Gary Inglis (Rangers) and Joel Thomas (Colchester).
It is understood Hamilton face competition for Antoine-Curier and Wesolowski and may be priced out of the market.
Meanwhile, Accies have released Lucas Akins, Richie Hastings, Declan McAvoy, Gerry O'Connell, Tony Stevenson and David van Zanten.
The club said in a statement on their official website, www.acciesfc.co.uk: "Declan and Tony finished the season on loan at Alloa, Gerry has been a member of our youths for the last few seasons, while Richie and David have played in the SPL this season and all go with our very best wishes. Lucas has been away since early season but his contract has now run out."
Young defender Grant Evans signed a contract extension this afternoon, while the club are still in talks with Martin Canning, Derek Lyle, Trent McClenahan and Nicky Riley, all of whose deals expire this summer.
