Ze Roberto left frustrated

Hamburg's veteran Brazilian midfielder Ze Roberto has admitted that he is still some way away from a return to action following ankle surgery.

The 35-year-old went under the knife last month and is still yet to make a return to full training with the rest of the HSV squad.

The former Bayern Munich ace told Kicker: "My foot was put in plaster for three weeks, then afterwards I will be handed a special sort of shoe and then I will just be able to do some training.

"I have lost a lot of power in a couple of muscles in the process thus far and I still have to wait now. There is no news when I will be back, I have no idea."
