Hamburg midfielder Piotr Trochowski's agent has refused to be drawn on media rumours suggesting his client could be set for a move to the Premier League.

The Polish-born Germany international has just one year left on his contract and could be available for a knock-down fee.

Manchester United are rumoured to be interested in taking him on board, but his adviser is not interested in adding to the speculation.

Speaking to Morgenpost newspaper, he said: "Trochowski is a Hamburg player. He has a contract with the club. I do not intend to make any (further) statement (on this link)."
