Whittle blow for Mariners

Grimsby Town will be without Justin Whittle for the next two games after the club captain injured his ankle in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy victory over Doncaster Rovers.
The defender turned his ankle during the penalty shootout victory at Blundell Park on Tuesday night and faces a spell on the sidelines.
Whittle was a second-half substitute in the 2-2 draw on his comeback from a recent back problem.
Mariners boss Alan Buckley looks set to raid the loan market to bolster his defence following the recent return to Manchester City of loanee Shaleum Logan.
