The 36-year-old pulled off a string of saves to earn Town a point in Saturday's goalless draw at Shrewsbury. It was his fourth clean sheet in as many away matches.[LNB]Woods insists the Irishman's influence has helped to produce a marked improvement in the Mariners' defending.[LNB]"Nick Colgan is the ultimate professional," Woods said. "You give him a day off and he doesn't take it. He took another whack in the game on Saturday but I know he'll back for training.[LNB]"He is a big influence in the dressing room, a very calm head.
