Striker back from ban for Mariners

Conlon has missed the last four matches through suspension following his red card in the away defeat to Barnet at the start of the month - his second dismissal of the season.

With the Mariners enduring such a bad run in his absence, caretaker manager Neil Woods could opt to put the burly forward straight back into the starting line-up.

On-loan players Arnaud Mendy and Josh Megginis have had their stays at Blundell Park cut short and have returned to Derby and Cardiff respectively.

Another loanee, Olly Lancashire, made his debut in the defeat at Bournemouth last weekend and the Southampton defender is expected to keep his place in the side to make his home debut.

Friday night's match kicks off at 7.45pm.
