Nathan Jarman's first-half strike gave the Mariners the points and consigned the league leaders to their first home defeat of the campaign.[LNB]Newell said: "Coming to the side top of the league you are not expected to get anything and with the two games being cancelled after new year, it couldn't be a better start back for us really.[LNB]"The fresh blood that was brought into the side has given us a massive lift and the lads all worked really hard - I couldn't pick a bad player out of the 11 and this will give us a massive lift.[LNB]"We rode our luck a little bit but I was really pleased with Nathan Jarman as he worked his socks off and it was a great finish."[LNB][LNB]
