Newell backs youngster to improve
The 17-year-old made a surprise start in Town's 1-1 draw against Darlington at the weekend after Robbie Stockdale, who is now a doubt for Wednesday's trip to Chesterfield, suffered a groin injury.
Newell said: "Bradley put in a good debut. He is an aggressive lad who gets about the pitch, looks good in the air and is unfazed by the occasion. Hopefully he will go on from strength to strength."
