Mariners net Football League gong
The Mariners, one of seven clubs in League Two to get the award, will receive a cheque for £48,000 which will be invested in community projects.
Dave Edmundson Football League Trust Manager commended the progress made by clubs that recieved the award.
He said: "This is a wonderful indication of the new levels of impact and engagement that schemes are bringing to the communities they serve.
"More importantly this demonstrates an impressive range of projects and initiatives delivered by clubs."
