Mariners may add another friendly
Grimsby may add another game to their pre-season schedule to ensure striker Peter Bore is fit for their first competitive game in the Blue Square Premier League. Bore suffered a hamstring strain during Tuesday's 2-0 friendly loss to Stirling Albion, but manager Neil Woods expects him to return to full training in little over a week. "He's naturally one of the fittest lads at the club so he should be ok before the start of the season - if we need to arrange an extra run-out for him then we will," he told the Grimsby Telegraph.
