Dean Henderson set to keep his place for Grimsby's clash with Blackpool

Grimsby goalkeeper Dean Henderson is set to keep his place for the visit of Blackpool.

The on-loan Manchester United youngster replaced James McKeown for the Boxing Day win over Accrington, keeping the side's first clean sheet in five matches, and manager Marcus Bignot is keen to have a longer look at the 19-year-old.

Midfielder Sean McAllister is still out as he recovers from a groin injury while defender Danny Collins will be available for the remainder of the season after he extended his short-term deal.

Defender Zak Mills is back in training after missing last week's win but midfielder Tom Bolarinwa has missed the early part of training this week as a precaution.

Gary Bowyer must decide whether he wants to tinker with Blackpool's team.

The Seasiders have won five of their past seven in League Two, yet Bowyer made four changes at Hartlepool on Boxing Day, introducing Kelvin Mellor, Jim McAlister, Bright Osayi-Samuel and Mark Cullen to his XI, and was rewarded with a 1-0 victory.

With Colin Daniel (hamstring) due to return to the fold too, Bowyer has plenty of options at his disposal as he tries to elevate his team into the play-off spots.

Blackpool will be looking to maintain their impressive away form having lost just once on their travels since mid-October.
