Colgan back in goal for Mariners

The 36-year-old played in Grimsby's opening games at Cheltenham and Tranmere before aggravating a groin injury he had picked up in pre-season. But he has now returned to full fitness and will replace Josh Lillis, who has returned to Scunthorpe after his loan period ended. "Nick is now fully fit and is champing at the bit," said manager Mike Newell. Defender Robbie Stockdale remains sidelined with a groin strain which is set to keep him out for a further three weeks. Midfielder Danny Boshell has returned to training following a hamstring injury but the game could come too soon for him.
