Boshell: Grimsby confidence high

The Mariners, who currently sit one point above the drop zone, have three games to save their Football League status and Boshell is relying on the belief gained by beating Notts County on Monday to see them over the line.

"There's three very important games to go but, after the result against Notts County, we can go into the game against Port Vale on Saturday with a lot of confidence," he told the Grimsby Telegraph.

"With Chester winning (against Accrington on Monday), it was a must that we won.

"We've caught Bournemouth up now and it was a very important three points."
