The midfielder limped out of a reserve-team game against Leeds on Wednesday night with the problem. Winger Nick Hegarty will definitely miss out after his ankle problem finally caught up with him. The 23-year-old has been taking painkillers to get through games so far this season but succumbed to the injury last weekend and had to miss Town's first victory of the campaign at Bury. He is set to have a scan to determine the full extent of the problem. Strikers Jean-Louis Akpa Akpro (thigh), Adrian Forbes (knee) and Nathan Jarman (foot) remain sidelined along with goalkeeper Nick Colgan (thigh).
