Bennett: Henderson is pure class
Preston keeper Henderson has played an integral role in the Mariners' resurgence, conceding just one goal in the last three games in the battle to avoid relegation.
Bennett told the Grimsby Telegraph: "It's more settled back there at the minute. Wayne is a class act - one look at his record and it speaks for itself.
"The way he organises things at the back helps us all as defenders.
"He speaks to us and his experience is great for a back four that is mostly made up of younger players like myself."
