SPL expect Gretna go ahead

The Scottish Premier League expect crisis-club Gretna to fulfil their next fixture against Inverness Caledonian Thistle this weekend.
The future of the club continues to be in doubt after they were plunged into administration when financial backer Brooks Mileson withdrew his support last month.
Gretna's relegation was confirmed at the weekend following a ten-point penalty for entering administration, but despite a warning from the insolvency firm which took control of their finances that time is running out to save the club, the SPL expect Saturday's match with Inverness to go ahead.
"A meeting was held with the SPL board and the basic aim was to review the position of Gretna," said an SPL spokesman.
"We agreed to continue to monitor the position of the club going forward.
"We are in very close contact with the administrators and will stay in regular contact.
"As far as we are concerned, Saturday's fixture is going ahead as normal."
