Irons: We're too nice

Gretna boss Davie Irons has demanded a big improvement from his players when the Black and Whites aim to secure their first three-point haul of the season in this weekend's encounter with Dundee United.
Irons' side have taken only one point from their opening six matches of the campaign and already look set for a long battle over the winter to avoid relegation.
"We're too nice at times and we're allowing teams to score far too easily at this level," blasted Irons.
"We're causing ourselves problems because we need to score three or four goals to win games and that can't happen.
"We need to shut up shop and start picking up clean sheets so we have an opportunity to get a result.
"It's very frustrating because we're no worse than the teams we've played. We're conceding sloppy goals and that has to stop. We need to be more resilient and make it harder for other teams to break us down."
