Experienced Greece duo Antonis Nikopolidis and Paraskevas Antzas have announced their international retirements following their exit from Euro 2008.
Goalkeeper Nikopolidis, 37, and defender Antzas, 31, made their announcements following Greece's 1-0 Group D defeat to Russia on Saturday, which confirmed the reigning champions' exit from the tournament.
Nikopolidis will win his 90th cap in their final group game against Spain on Wednesday before bringing down the curtain on his 11-year international career.
"It's a decision that I took long before the tournament started," said the Olympiacos keeper.
"Time is cruel and makes no exceptions. It is the right moment for me to go. I've had great moments with the squad, good and bad, glorious and tough."
Meanwhile, striker Theofanis Gekas will miss the game with Spain after fracturing his cheekbone against Russia.
