Greece's Giorgos Fotakis limped out of training on Sunday, AFP has learnt, potentially creating a fresh headache for coach Fernando Santos after the loss of central defender Avraam Papadopoulos.

The PAOK midfielder did not start in the Euro 2004 champions' opening Group A game with co-hosts Poland last Friday, which ended 1-1, but will be unavailable for the crucial match with the Czech Republic in Wroclaw on Tuesday.

Papadopoulos suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee during the game and was later ruled out of the rest of the tournament.

Santos will also be without Papadopoulos central defensive partner Sokratis Papastathopoulos, who was sent off for two bookable offences.
