Shrews exit for Canoville

Shrewsbury Town have allowed Lee Canoville to leave Gay Meadow ahead of the play-off showdown with Milton Keynes as the on-loan defender is expected to sign for the Dons in the summer.
The 26-year-old has made seven appearances for the Shrews since arriving from Boston United in February, but is wanted next season by Dons boss Martin Allen.
"We'd decided not to take Lee on for next season and he's not going to be fit for any of the upcoming games so that was part of the decision," Town boss Gary Peters told the club's official website.
"The telling factor was that Martin Allen told us that he'd offered Lee a two-year contract for next season and he was confident that he would be signing for him.
"Lee is a lovely lad, but I didn't want him to be in a comprising position at our club when we are preparing to play a club that he might be joining next season."
