Grays boss demands greater effort

Grays manager Gary Phillips has told his players they need to up their work-rate if they are avoid relegation. The Blues lost 4-0 to leaders Burton on Saturday to leave them one point clear of the Blue Square Premier drop zone. Phillips told BBC Essex: "We need to work harder than the opposition - if we don't we won't get the kind of results we had in the previous two games.
