Relegation-threatened Gillingham have drafted in Coventry City striker Donovan Simmonds on loan until the end of the season.
However the 19-year old, who joined the Sky Blues from Charlton Athletic in the summer, is suspended for Saturday's match against Carlisle United.
He is expected to make his debut for Mark Stimson's side in next Tuesday's crucial League One match against Luton Town at Priestfield.
Simmonds has failed to make a first-team appearance for Coventry, although he was an unused substitute in the games against Ipswich Town and Bristol City over the festive period.
