Teenager makes loan switch
Gillingham have allowed Dean Rance to join Maidstone on a month's loan.
The 19-year-old midfielder, who signed professional terms in the summer, has failed to make a first-team appearance this campaign after breaking a bone in his foot during pre-season.
Rance has completed the move in time to make his debut against Kingstonian as he attempts to build up his match fitness.
