Stimson sweats over future
Beleaguered boss Mark Stimson admits his position is under threat after Tranmere captain Ian Thomas-Moore's strike sucked Gillingham deeper into trouble.Thomas-Moore scored the only goal of the game to earn Rovers only their second away win of the season and leave the Gills without a win in 2010.The home faithful vented their anger towards Stimson at the final whistle but the former Grays manager insists he will not be throwing in the towel despite seeing his side slipping into the bottom four."I hope I will be in charge for the game on Saturday (at Yeovil) but I'm a reasonable man and I know the pressure is on." said Stimson."It's a results business and there are not many managers who are in the bottom four who have survived so we will have to see what happens."I dont think the majority of the fans are against me and if they are I would be surprised because I'm a genuine guy who gives people a chance."
