Stimson keen to kick on after draw

U's substitute Kevin Lisbie came closest to breaking the deadlock when he hit the crossbar with five minutes remaining.[LNB]And although the Gills are still looking for their first win of 2010, Stimson believes his team are not far from turning the corner.[LNB]He said: "There are a lot of positives to take from the performance. It's a good base to work from and there are encouraging signs there.[LNB]"If we keep going like that we will be where we want to be at the end of the season.[LNB]"I'm very happy with the point. We had to defend for our lives against a big and disciplined Colchester but we matched them and we deserved the point."[LNB][LNB]
