Stimson: Good contact with Ade
Akinbiyi, 34, is still a hugely popular figure at the Kent club after a superb spell between January 1997 and the summer of 1998 and is keen on a loan return to the Gills before moving abroad at the end of his Turf Moor contract this summer.[LNB]"We'd love him to come back as he'd be a force here like he was once before," Stimson said. "If it happens, it would be great but if it doesn't, we'll move on with what we have got.[LNB]"There have been good conversations. Ade wants to go abroad in the summer to play and for now, he just wants to enjoy his football and play.
