The striker lashed home form the corner of the box after just seven minutes before the Gills' cause was helped further by the 26th-minute dismissal of Nathan Eccleston, who was given his marching orders for a horror challenge on Stuart Lewis.[LNB]Jackson netted his 17th goal of the season within seconds of the restart after Rene Howe's flick had put him clear as the Gills secured a vital win in their battle against relegation.[LNB]Stimson said: "They were two great finishes from Jacko and it was a very good three points against a team that will probably be in the play-offs at the end of the season.[LNB]"The first goal was a fantastic strike - it was a good first touch and an even better second touch with his left foot that found the bottom corner.
