Steer extends loan stay at Gills
The 19-year-old arrived at Priestfield in January to provide cover and competition for the left-back berth, and has made five appearances for the Gills so far.
He has not even been on the bench in recent weeks but has decided to stay with the League Two promotion hopefuls until the maximum 93-day emergency loan deadline.
That means Steer will be available to manager Mark Stimson until the game with Bury on April 25.
