The 37-year-old has helped the Gills to the Wembley play-off final against Shrewsbury, and will play at the national stadium for the first time in his career a week on Saturday.
His contract is up at the end of the season and hopes to stay with the club.
He said: "I have not been offered anything yet.
"I would love to stay here, I have made that clear to the manager but obviously finances dictate whether it be here or somewhere else.
"I want to carry on playing, but if I don't get offered a contract, my last game will be at Wembley, so how bad is that?"
